Rooted in Boulder County, I bring a real-world understanding of properties that goes far beyond the basics—from single-family homes to land with wells, irrigation rights, conservation easements, open space, and the many layers of water that make this area unique.
I grew up on a horse ranch, where my sister and I rode and competed in hunter-jumper shows across Colorado. Life on the ranch taught me early how to balance responsibility, grit, and a sense of humor—whether that meant sweeping a 35-stall barn in under 40 minutes, managing a full feed routine, or trying to push a wheelbarrow in a straight line while a determined goat insisted on hitching a ride.
That experience shaped how I approach real estate today. I’m steady under pressure, comfortable with complexity, and I don’t shy away from the details—especially when they matter most.
Outside of work, you’ll still find me drawn to the Colorado lifestyle that raised me—hiking, skiing, and spending time in the mountains.
My path has taken me well beyond Boulder, and each chapter has shaped how I see both homes and people. I began my studies as a Fine Arts major before earning my degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University, and also spent time studying at the University of London. Early in my career, I worked in San Francisco at the legendary Esprit de Corps headquarters—an experience that sparked my love for design, branding, and how environments influence the way we feel.
I later had the opportunity to live abroad in Seoul and Singapore, where I worked as an English teacher—though in reality, much of my time was spent reading stories to six-year-olds, an experience that taught me patience, perspective, and the value of simple, clear communication.
Looking back, it all makes sense. Real estate allows me to bring together both the creative and strategic sides of who I am—combining design, communication, and a deep understanding of place. To me, a home is never just a structure—it’s an expression of how someone lives and what they value.
I started my real estate career in 1999 alongside my mother, a respected local agent, and built my business on the same principles she modeled: listen first, stay steady, and never rush the process.
Today, I help clients make smart, confident decisions with a calm, no-pressure approach. Because at the end of the day, real estate should feel clear, grounded, and aligned with your life—not overwhelming.
